Meenakshi Bright Steel Bars Pvt. Ltd is an associate concern of Bhuwalka Premier Group of Companies, operating two divisions, Furnace Division and Rolling Division situated at PLOT NO-54, IDA, THUMKUNTA, HINDUPUR, ANDHRA PRADESH. The manufacturing unitwas taken over in June 2011.
The company had taken over this unit to meet the extending clientele demand.
Deccan Alloys Pvt. Limited is a concern having a Rolling Mill at Plot No.62, Sipcot Industrial Complex, Hosur. It was a sick company taken over in 1992 by the Bhuwalka Premier Group from the Industrial Reconstruction Bank of India, Chennai. After takeover the group has modernized and expanded the manufacturing facilities. The installed capacity now stands at 60,000 TPA of rolled products. Bhuwalka and Sons Pvt. Ltd is an associate concern incorporated on 25/08/2004, at Karnataka, which is engaged in trading of all type of steel and construction products.The company is presently purchasing steel products from reputed manufacturers and supplying to all reputed companies in South India. It has an experience of more than a decade and has become one of the most reputed trading concerns in this sector.
The promoters of Bhuwalka Premier Group were based in Kolkata before shifting to Bangalore. In 1988, a sick unit in Whitefield was taken over by the group, marking its entry into this field. At the time of takeover this unit had accumulated losses of over Rs. 70 lakhs. Within a short span of two years the entire losses were wiped out and the unit was converted into a profitable one. The plant had an installed capacity of 54,000 TPA of rolled products.
Bhuwalka Casting and Forging Ltd. located in Kolar, which is one and a half hour drive from Bangalore Karnataka, India was set up in the year 2006.The Company started its business with the support of basic facilities, knowledge of the castings’ market potential and a considerable understanding of customer requirements.
In 2010, the Company installed a full-fledged sand reclamation system with
